Description

This late 18th century house, located east of St Dunstan's Church, is timber framed and plastered, featuring two storeys. The main block has a gabled roof covered with clay peg tiles and a central doorcase with a pediment, which includes a pulvinated frieze and a six-panel door. On either side of the doorcase, there are three sash window bays with paired double-hung sashes that have glazing bars. At each end of the main facade, there are recessed, hipped blocks that are also two storeys high, topped with red brick chimney stacks. Each of these blocks has a single double-hung sash window with glazing bars on both floors.
