Description
No 108 on Bradford Street is a late 18th-century house that features a timber frame and plaster exterior. The building has two storeys and a three-window arrangement, with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars, all set in flush cased frames. The central window on the first storey has a semi-circular arched head. A prominent six-panel door is located at the center, topped by a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars. This door is framed by a wood doorcase that includes panelled reveals, attached columns, and an open pediment, and it is accessed by stone steps. The roof is hipped, steeply pitched, and tiled. At the northeast end of the house, there is a two-storey wing, likely an earlier structure, which has one window range on the street front and two window ranges on the northeast side, featuring three-light windows that are also double-hung sashes with glazing bars in flush cased frames. The roof of this wing is also tiled.
