Description

This is a late 16th-century timber-framed and plastered house located on Bradford Street. Originally, the first storey was jet-tied. It was refronted in the 18th or early 19th century and later altered in the 19th and 20th centuries, now featuring mock timber framing. The house is two storeys high with attics, and has a two-window range with three-light, double-hung sash windows containing glazing bars. A central door is accessed via a wooden doorcase with fluted pilasters, a frieze, and a dentilled pediment. The roof is tiled and has a Mansard form with two 19th-century gabled dormers.
