Description
The Old Three Tuns, formerly known as the Three Tuns Inn, is a building dating from the late 15th century. It was severely damaged by fire in 1914 and has since been partially restored. This timber-framed structure features exposed framing on the front with plaster infill and stands two storeys high. The upper storey juts out over the entire front, supported by a moulded and carved bressummer. The building has a two-window range of modern casements on the upper level, while the ground storey includes two bay windows. The roof is tiled and has an end chimney stack.
