Description
Restcot and the adjoining cottage, located 80 meters southeast of Duton Hill Farmhouse, is an 18th-century cottage that was originally a pair. It is one storey high with attics and features a timber frame that is plastered, with part of the front made of brick. The roof is half hipped and gambrel, covered with peg tiles, and includes two catslide dormers along with a central red brick chimney stack. There is also a peg tile lean-to shed and a gabled peg tiled extension to the north.
