Description

Orchard Cottage is a late 18th century or early 19th century red brick building, which has been painted on the front. It features a later single-storey addition on the south side with a lean-to roof. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The south addition includes one round-headed casement window. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door framed by a wood doorcase with panelled reveals, pilasters, and a cornice hood. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a brick modillion eaves course on the front.
