Description

This barn, located approximately 20 metres northeast of Hill House, dates from the 18th to 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, sitting on a brick plinth. The roof is made of corrugated asbestos. The barn features a central gabled two-bay midstrey and consists of five bays with bracing to the walls and hanging knees to the tie beams. The roof is supported by a side purlin ridgeboard. This structure is included for its group value.
