Description

The Flag Inn is a public house dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of plastered brick and features a red plain tiled roof, with a rear central red brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys and attics, highlighted by a moulded eaves cornice and a central band. The façade includes a three-window range of recessed small paned vertically sliding sashes, each with segmental arches above. There are also two gabled dormers that contain small paned casements. The entrance consists of a centrally located vertically boarded door with a top light. To the left, there is a 20th-century single storey extension with single small paned casement windows and a vertically boarded door.
