Description

This cart lodge, located adjacent to the road and east of Hill Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed with an oak timber frame and is weatherboarded. The roof is hipped and covered with clay pantiles. The structure consists of four bays and is open to the west, featuring hanging knees to the tie beams. Hill Farmhouse itself is not listed.
