Description

This is a bridge located at the northwest end of an ornamental lake, approximately 70 metres from The Quarters. It dates from the 18th century and is constructed of red brick. The bridge features a single span with a segmental headed arch, end pilasters, and a central band. The west face has a brick parapet, while the east face includes a trellis that matches the verandah of The Quarters. This bridge is considered an important garden feature and is included for its group value.
