Description

Blue Shutters is a house located on Saville Street in Walton-on-the-Naze, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of plastered brick and features a grey slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with plastered chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The façade includes a three-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes, all of which have original hinged panelled shutters. There is a later window in the right basement. A central square porch is supported by two square columns with moulded bases and capitals, along with similar pilasters. The entrance features a two-panelled door with a toplight above.
