Description
North Lodge is a 19th-century lodge cottage that features a timber frame and plastered exterior with a thatched roof. It has three red brick chimney stacks, one located on the gable ridge and the others on either side of the right range. The left side has a two-storey gable, while the central and right ranges are one storey with attics. Both the gable and the right range have jetties supported by moulded bressumers. There are gabled dormers in the central and right ranges, and the first floor of the gable has a three-light casement window, while the dormers feature two-light casements. The ground floor includes three 19th-century bay windows, all of which have diamond leaded glass. A lean-to porch is situated to the right of the gable, featuring a plank and muntin door.
