Description

Claremont is a house dating from the mid-19th century, located on the west side of High Street in Bradwell-on-Sea. The building has a rough rendered exterior and a grey slate roof that is hipped to the left. At the rear, there is a red brick chimney stack. The house is two storeys tall and features a single range of vertically sliding sash windows with glazing bars and moulded surrounds. To the right, there is a two-light, two-panelled door with a flat canopy above. Claremont is included in the listing for its group value.
