Shop. C18 and C19. Timber-framed and ashlar rendered with plain tile gambrel roof. EXTERIOR: the west elevation has 2 small and 3 large flat-roofed dormers with leaded light casements. Ground floor has 2 small-panel doors and 3 casements with leaded lights. The east elevation has 8 similar dormers, 5 industrial-type metal windows and C20 double door. Most of the wall area is rendered but one bay at the southern end is of black weatherboarding with a 4-light fixed window. INTERIOR: C18 and C19 framing with some reused timber.
