Description

Bean and Walnut Tree Cottages are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century. They are timber framed and have a painted brick facade, topped with a red plain tiled gambrel roof that features three catslide dormers. There are red brick chimney stacks located on the right, left, and rear of the building. The cottages are one storey with attics and have a four-window range of casements, some of which are diamond leaded while others have small panes. There are two 20th-century board doors with lights. Inside, the ground floor rooms reveal exposed bridging and ceiling joists.
