Description

Paynes Farmhouse is a house dated 1777, constructed of red brick with a red plain tiled roof. It features red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides. The building has two storeys and a three-window range of casements that include glazing bars and are set under segmental heads. On the first floor, there is a panel inscribed with "R.P. 1777." The entrance consists of a six-panelled door, flanked by plain pilasters, with a frieze and a flat canopy that has a dentilled soffit.
