Description
This 16th century outbuilding, located east of Coppins in Latton, features a red brick wall and chimney stack at its south end, followed by a half bay and three additional bays to the north. The roof is ridged, gabled, and covered with peg tiles. The walls are timber framed and clad in black weatherboarding. The building has irregular sets of fixed casements with numerous wooden mullions, secured by wooden saddle bars. The floor is tiled in worn 16th century red tiles, and the roof is supported by side-purlins. It is possibly a detached service wing.
