Description

Glan Avon is a 15th-century house with a front range dating to the early 18th century, and a rear range constructed with oak framing. The front elevation, facing south-west, is stuccoed with three bays over two storeys. The roof is hipped and covered in slate, with overhanging eaves. A flat-topped porch is centrally positioned, containing a front door. Square bay windows flank the porch, and a cast-iron railing tops the porch and windows. The first storey features three pairs of hornless six-pane sash windows set within exposed window boxes.
