Description
This is a pair of cottages from the early 19th century that have been combined to form one building. They are timber framed and plastered, with a thatched roof. The cottages are arranged in three bays, aligned northwest to southeast, and feature a double chimney stack between them. They are attached to another building called Batches at the northwest, with their thatched roofs connected. The cottages are single storey with attics and have a plain boarded door. There are two 19th-century cast iron casement windows and two eyebrow dormers, also with 19th-century cast iron casement windows. The roof is half-hipped at the southeast end. The cottages are listed for their group value.
