Description

This is an 18th-century house located on Sewardstone Road, one of a pair with number 16. The house is constructed of brown brick with a machine-tiled roof hidden behind a parapet. It is three storeys high, featuring two sash windows on each floor, set within reveals and topped with cutter red brick flat arches. There are dummy windows on the upper floors. The ground floor windows lack glazing bars. A door with a traceried fanlight is set within a reveal and a narrow surround, topped with consoles supporting an open pediment. Numbers 15 and 16 form a group.
