This is a cottage from the 18th century, located to the southwest of Woodend Hall. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring one storey and attics. The cottage has a thatched half-hipped roof with a central red brick chimney and two eyebrow dormers. The windows are 19th-century casements with six horizontal panes, and there are two plain boarded doors.
