TQ 49 SE CHIGWELL VICARAGE LANE 5/25 Dairy approx. 10 metres NE of Forest House GV II

Dairy, late C19. Gault brick, roofed with Welsh slate. Octagonal, with pyramidal roof. Sunk floor of glazed tiles, marble worktop all round, walls lined with decorative glazed tiles. A rare survival, intact internally. Originally the roof was thatched for -insulation.
