The roof is half-hipped and covered with red plain tiles, featuring an outshot to the left, which has a 20th-century glazed lean-to attached to the front. The cottage has two storeys and mainly features 19th-century casement windows in a two-range layout. There is a plain boarded door located on the right return, and an off-centre red brick chimney stack.
