Description

This barn, located approximately 12 metres east of Woodlands, dates from the 16th or 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, topped with a red plain tiled roof. The barn features a central midstrey with two bays and consists of three bays overall. It has arched braces supporting the tie beams and a bladed scarf joint at the top plate. The roof is constructed with curved queen struts and includes side purlins.
