Description

The Rectory is an early 19th-century building featuring a front that is complemented by two earlier parallel wings at the rear, creating a 'U' plan. The north front is constructed of gault brick and includes a central door topped by a rectangular fanlight. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with four 6-pane sash windows on the ground floor and two 8-pane sash windows on the first floor, along with a central pair of 6-pane sashes. The roof is hipped and covered with slate.

At the rear, there are two elevations that showcase a fine 18th-century door with a pediment supported by consoles, along with an elaborate fanlight above it. The roofs at the rear are covered with peg tiles, and there are two red brick chimney stacks on each ridge. Inside, there is a notable staircase with bracketed tread ends and a mahogany handrail.
