Description

No. 112 on Coast Road is an 18th-century building designed in an L-plan. It is timber framed and plastered, standing two storeys high with three bays. The roof is ridged, gabled, and covered with peg tiles, featuring a central red brick chimney and a bold wooden eaves cornice. The entrance has a central porch with a concave square conoid roof that is copper clad, leading to a two-light glazed door. On either side of the porch are round-headed 19th-century three-part small-paned sash windows. The first storey has a range of three small-paned sashes. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing that is end-jettied, plastered, and hipped toward the front range.
