Description

Broom House is a late medieval house, likely from the 16th century, designed in an H plan. It features a timber frame with a 19th-century addition at the rear. The front is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, accented with gault brick trim. A central Gothic porch is complemented by an oriel window above. The house has a range of four sash windows on both the ground and first floors. The roofs are ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles and partly clad in slate. There are five red brick chimney stacks.
