Description

70-72 East Street is a late 18th-century building featuring roughcast exterior. It has two storeys and four windows across the front. Most of the windows are modern casements, although there are some sash windows with glazing bars. The doors are modern as well, and number 70 includes a carriage entrance. The building is topped with a slate roof. Nos 70 to 75 form a group with East Mills and the Mill House.
