Description

The building at 17 and 18 East Street has origins in the 18th century, but has undergone substantial alterations in the 18th and 19th centuries. It is a two-storey timber-framed building with plastered walls and slate roofs. The upper storey projects to the front, incorporating two modern shop bow windows with glazing bars. The upper storey has a three-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
