Description

The Welcome Sailor Public House is a building dating from the mid-16th century, with an addition made in the late 17th century. It has two storeys and features a timber-framed and plastered structure, with tiled roofs. The front has a five-window range of double hung sashes that include glazing bars. The upper storey projects at the front, supported by three curved brackets, and displays an original moulded fascia.
