Description
The Swan Public House is a building dating from the late 16th century to the 17th century. It has been partly refronted and extensively restored. The structure features one original gable that is timber-framed with brick nogging, and it is finished with colourwashed brick. The roof is covered with machine tiles, and there is a chimney located on the ridge.
The building has two storeys. On the first floor, there is one modern three-light casement window in the gable, along with two similar windows under gables that project into the roof. The ground floor includes, on the left side, one modern three-light window with mullions and a transom, a door with a timber hood supported by brackets, a three-light bay window, and one sash window.
