37 East Street is a building dating from around 1500. It has two storeys and features a gable at the front, with tiled roofs and cellars. The upper storey projects at the front and has been restored. On the ground floor, there is an 18th-century bay window with double-hung sashes and glazing bars, along with a six-panel door.
