Description
This is a mid-19th century building located on West Stockwell Street, part of a group of properties numbered 2 to 13. The building is constructed of grey gault brick and extends to three storeys. The upper floors feature three windows, each with sash windows and marginal glazing. The ground floor has a doorway with an overlight above, and large sash windows flanking it, each with bracketed mouldings and a stucco surround. A separate window is located to the right, providing light to another door. The roof is hipped and covered in tiles.
