Description

22 Parkside is a mid-19th century building constructed of grey gault brick, with some parts rendered. It stands two storeys high and features five windows arranged in a 2:1:2 pattern, with the central window set forward. The ground floor includes a six-panelled door topped with a rectangular light, framed by a moulded stone architrave and pediment. All windows are adorned with moulded stone architraves, and the building has a broken eaves pediment. At the rear, there is a wooden cupola, and the roof is hipped and covered with slate. The property is enclosed by cast-iron spearhead railings. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 20 to 25, 27 to 33, and 35 to 40 Parkside.
