Description
York House, located at Nos 30 to 32 on Parkside, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed from grey gault brick and stands three storeys tall, featuring eaves that project on slender brackets. The building has a range of six windows, with the top floor only having glazing bars. There are round-headed doorways and a band at the first floor cill level as well as between the first and second storeys. The roof is slate, and there are plain iron spike railings with vases on the main stanchions. York House is part of a group that includes Nos 20 to 25, 27 to 33, and 35 to 40.
