Description

This is a mid-19th century building of grey gault brick, situated at 35 Parkside. It is two storeys high with a basement, and has a three-window facade arranged in a 1:2 configuration, with the single window set back. Most windows lack glazing bars, with the exception of the single window. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. A noteworthy feature is the arcaded covered way that connects the building to the street, leading to the porch. The building forms a group with numbers 20 to 25, 27 to 33, and 40 to 40 Parkside.
