Description

This is an early 19th-century building, part of a terrace, located on Parkside. It serves as the entrance to Melbourne Place. The building is constructed of grey gault brick and stands two storeys high. It features two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. Brick pilasters are visible on the facade. The roof is slate. Numbers 20 through 25, 27 through 33, and 35 through 40 form a group with the building.
