Description
Nos 7 and 8 Park Terrace are a pair of terraced houses built in 1831. They are constructed from grey gault brick and consist of three storeys and a basement, although they are slightly lower than the adjacent terraces. The buildings have four bays with projecting sections that contain the entrances. There is an eaves cornice and a band at the first-floor window sill level, and the windows do not have glazing bars. The middle portion of the houses projects slightly. While they are not as architecturally significant as Nos 1 to 6, they still contribute to the overall character of the terrace. There are no balconies, and the houses feature a slate roof. Original cast-iron railings are present at the steps of No 8. All the listed buildings in Park Terrace form a group.
