Top Barn at Elms Farm is a 17th-century barn featuring five bays, constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding. It has a central midstrey and one aisle. The main posts are jowled, and the roof includes wind-braced side purlins. The roof is currently covered with corrugated iron, and it showcases bladed scarf joints.
