Description

Rewsalls Farmhouse is a 19th-century building, with a scratched date on the second storey indicating 1851, although it appears to be older and has undergone significant alterations. The farmhouse has a complex plan but is mainly rectangular, possibly featuring old timber framing inside. The front is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with pilaster returns. It has a stucco eaves cornice and a sill band on the second floor. The roof is hipped and covered with machine tiles.

On the first floor, there are three hornless sash windows with glazing bars, while the second storey has three pairs of similar sash windows under segmental arches. The ground storey also features three pairs of matching sash windows, all with stone sills. The front door consists of six panels and is topped with an open pediment that has dentils, set on consoles, and is framed in a moulded case.
