House. Circa 1850 extended later in C19. Painted brick. Hipped roof with brick dentil eaves and parapet at front with moulded cornice. Tall brick stack on right side with moulded yellow clay pots.

Double depth plan with 2 principal front rooms and central entrance passage leading to the staircase behind the right hand room and kitchen behind the left room.

Two storeys. Symmetrical two window front with two 2-storey flat-fronted bays with rounded corners, around which the parapet and cornice run. 12-pane sashes on first floor, sashes with margin panes on ground floor. Late C19 or early C20 gabled wooden porch at centre with fretted bargeboards, moulded arch on polyground engaged columns and panelled and glazed inner door. Recessed H-shaped panel between bays above, containing Sun Fire Insurance plaque. Two storey stack brick extension at rear with C20 conservatory in left angle.

Interior: Most of the original interior joinery survives including panelled doors and balustrade at top of stairs with stick balusters and column newel. The 2 front rooms have marble chimneypieces. The kitchen has simple wooden chimneypiece with flanking cupboards, its range having been removed.
