Description

Nos 156 and 157 on Moulsham Street is an 18th-century building that is timber framed and consists of two bays and two storeys. The ground floor features shop windows that have been inserted, while the first floor is rendered and includes two pairs of hornless two-pane sash windows. There is a moulded timber eaves cornice, and the roof is gambrelled with the ridge running from north to south, covered in peg tiles. Additionally, there are two flat-topped attic dormers that have horizontal sliding sashes.
