Description

Hickerage is a small 18th century timber-framed and plastered house featuring decorative panelled pargetting. It has two storeys and a front with a two-window range, which includes double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The central doorway is notable, featuring a six-panel door, a rectangular fanlight with ornamental fan glazing bars, pilasters, a modillion pediment, and an ornamented frieze. Above the doorway, there is an oval plastered panel. The roof is tiled, hipped at both the east and west ends, and double pitched.
