Description

Ebenezer Strict Baptist Chapel is a chapel built in 1847-48 using gault brick. The east front features a central bay that is set forward, which includes a two-centred doorway and three lancet windows above, along with a spherical triangle in the gable. The main entrance is adorned with a stone Gothic arch. The central bay is gabled, supported by skew-corbels and topped with a stone coping. Each of the flanking bays has one tall lancet window and also features skew-corbels at the eaves. The side walls are punctuated by lancet windows, each positioned above three plain leaded windows. The chapel has a slated roof that runs from east to west and has a rectangular plan.
