Description

The stable complex located 30 meters south of Dairy Farmhouse dates back to the early 19th century. It features red Flemish bond brickwork and a parapetted, gabled pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and is adjacent to 20th-century agricultural buildings on its north side. The eaves are adorned with brick dentils and stone copings at the parapets.

On the south elevation, which faces the road, there are three brick string bands and a loading door with a semicircular arched head. The ground floor includes two semicircular arched recesses with six-pane windows. A short boundary wall at the southwest corner has part of a further blind recess. The long flank elevations also display two string bands and three semicircular windows in the loft, with the outer two being blind and the center two on each side featuring 20th-century windows. The ground floor, where visible, has five semicircular arched openings with recessed panels, all now blocked, and flanked by semicircular attached columns with brick capitals. There are additional simpler openings towards the south end of each elevation without half columns.

The rear end elevation mirrors the south elevation but includes half columns flanking two ground floor openings. Inside, the roof features softwood Queen posts, with only one truss remaining unaltered.
