Description

Parmenter's Farm Barn, located approximately 30 metres east of the house and about 530 metres east of Paines Manor, is a barn dating from the late 16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded. The barn features a central porch and has a roof clad in corrugated iron. It consists of four bays, with through bracing to the walls and arch braces supporting the tie beams. The top plate is joined with a halved and bridled scarf joint.
