Outbuilding possibly a brewhouse. C17. Timber framed with red brick infill. Half-hipped red plain tiled gambrel roof. External red brick chimney stack to right. 1 storey and loft. Central double doors and vertically boarded doors to left and right. Chamfered bridging joists. Possibly a Brewhouse.
