Description

This is a byre located 15 metres southeast of Withies Green Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from flint rubble with red brick dressings, and features some weatherboarded timber framing. The roof is covered with red clay pantiles and the building has a rectangular plan facing west. It is a single storey structure with two semi-circular vents that have horizontal slats, as well as a central wide doorway. The gables are weatherboarded. This building is included for its group value with the farmhouse.
