Description
Gosfield Cars Garage and House adjoining is a house and garage dating from the 16th century or earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, featuring a weatherboarded return. The building has red plain tiled roofs with two gabled dormers. The house includes gabled crosswings and has three red brick chimney stacks. The central range is one storey with attics, while the crosswings are two storeys high. The facade displays a 1:2:1 window arrangement of small paned vertically sliding sashes, with a three-light shop window to the left. There is a central panelled door and a vertically boarded door to the right, both sheltered by gabled porches on brackets.
