Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 30 metres north west of Pannels Ash Farm, was formerly used as stables and a byre. It dates from the 18th or 19th century and is constructed from flint with red brick dressings. The roof is covered with red pantiles and is hipped at the corner facing the road. The building has an L-shaped plan and features a side purlin roof structure. There are three stable doors leading to the cattle yard. Together with the attached barn, this outbuilding forms a prominent roadside group and represents the surviving structures of a farm cattle yard.
